Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship all orders through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
3. Delivery Timeline
At First Coffee, we aim to deliver your orders promptly:

Within Delhi NCR: 3–5 business days

Outside Delhi NCR: 7–10 business days
If your order hasn’t arrived within this time frame, please reach out to us at everythingelse@firstcoffee.co.in for assistance.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.
You can also track your order on our website under the “Orders” section.
6. Undelivered Orders & Failed Deliveries
If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, we can reship the order once the issue is resolved, with applicable shipping charges if required.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases of shipment delays or loss, please email us at everythingelse@firstcoffee.co.in.
We’ll investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution at the earliest.
