Handpicking & Sorting

Processing
The outer skin is removed, beans are fermented, and mucilage is washed off—bringing out clean, bright flavors with vibrant acidity and clarity.
Drying
Beans are sun-dried under close watch until they reach the ideal 10-12% moisture level, ensuring longevity and flavor integrity.
Grading
Sorted by size, weight, and quality, only the best beans move forward, ensuring consistency in every roast.
Roasting & Quality Checks
Each batch is roasted to highlight natural sweetness, acidity, and complexity, then evaluated by certified Arabica Q graders for top-tier quality.
