Coffee: We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, if there are any issues with your coffee or errors in your order, please write to us at everythingelse@firstcoffee.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos or a short video of the package being opened.
Merchandise & Equipment: If you’ve received the wrong size, color, item, or noticed a quality issue, don’t worry - we’ve got you. Just drop us an email at everythingelse@firstcoffee.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order, and include photos or a short video of the package being opened.
Return Process:

For any returns, please reach out to us at everythingelse@firstcoffee.co.in with your order number and details of the product you’d like to return. Ensure that the original packaging, price tags, labels, and serial numbers are intact.
We’ll guide you through the next steps. -
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Items listed under sale are non-returnable
Exchange Policy: At the moment, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you face any issues, feel free to email us at everythingelse@firstcoffee.co.in. You can also reorder your desired item before or after your refund is processed.
Cancellation Policy: After placing an order, customers can cancel within 24 hours by emailing us at everythingelse@firstcoffee.co.in.
Note: Cancellations will not be accepted if the shipping process has already been initiated.
